Egg Albumin FOOD
This is the egg white obtained by spraydrying the egg white. It is one of the strongest curing agents available. Usually 5% is already enough to make a boilie considerably harder.
The downside is, however, that the boilies become drier and thus lighter in weight. It has a very high protein percentage and belongs to the group of animal proteins. Protein quality, like curing, is excellent.
