Wheat germ is milled wheat in which the bran and germ have been removed. They are rich in various types of B vitamins, minerals, proteins, healthy omega-3/6/9 fatty acids. The remaining germ and bran are also plentiful fiber, this ensures excellent digestion and intestinal transit.
The binding strength of wheat germ is not particularly good, however, at the right dose certainly not create problems and this does not outweigh all the positives of this product.
